Hyundai silent salesperson

The challenge.

We were asked by Hyundai to help unlock their full sales potential and to evolve an omni-channel approach by engaging with customers using digital retail units in the showroom. The aim was to act as ‘one’ single, seamless entity across all interventions and throughout the consumers engagements with the brand.

 

What we did:

>    Design of 3 new digital units in showroom

>    Customer journey and shopper strategy

>    Production, delivery and installation
