Our challenge.

We were asked by GSK to create a complete strategic shopper guideline for FMCG retailers for Maxi Nutrition. By analysing the broadening fitness market and carrying out qualitative shopper behaviour studies, we were able to propose seasonal sporting campaign activation and effective product categorisation with navigation tools for the FMCG sector.
